- Scope: Partner provides roofing and exterior envelope services as assigned under CRG national standards, safety requirements, and reporting protocols.
- Compliance: Active WCB clearance in good standing is mandatory prior to any work award. Minimum CGL coverage of $5M (higher limits may be required by project).
- Safety: Partner must maintain a documented safety program (COR/SECOR preferred) and comply with site-specific safety plans and orientations.
- Quality & Documentation: Photo documentation, daily logs, and close-out reporting required. Workmanship must meet CRG specifications and manufacturer requirements.
- Confidentiality: National account information, pricing, and client data are confidential.
- Payment Terms: Prompt payment subject to approved documentation and compliance verification.
